Wilcox & Barton, Inc. is thrilled to welcome Timothy F. Keane, PE, LSP, as Associate Vice President and Senior Engineer. Keane brings more than 30 years of environmental engineering experience to the company, particularly with industrial and utility-related projects. He is tasked with directing and managing a team of professionals to advance projects throughout the Northeast.
