With 25 years’experience, David joined Wilcox & Barton, Inc. in 2015 and has built a stellar reputation for his commitment to brownfields redevelopment and environmental cleanup. As a strong advocate for the revitalization of urban neighborhoods, David has worked tirelessly with civic groups, governmental agencies, and private clients to promote economic development in dozens of communities in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

When he’s not working, David is an active volunteer on municipal committees in the Town of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, and is an adventure seeking endurance athlete. He cycles, kayaks, and hikes in order to fill the time between ultramarathons.
