Civil Engineering for Olivia Place Apartments
Wilcox & Barton, Inc. was a member of the project team that designed and permitted the redevelopment of a downtown parcel with two new apartment buildings and associated driveways, parking, and pedestrian walks. The project included:
- Two buildings with a total of 20 residential units
- Pedestrian circulation and connection to street sidewalks
- Vehicular circulation, new drive and parking lot
- Low Impact Development stormwater system to infiltrate stormwater runoff
