As co-founder and President of the firm, Bill’s sole focus is on solving our clients’ environmental, geotechnical, and engineering challenges through the delivery of value. He is dedicated to responsiveness, quality, optimal use of client resources, and being accessible at all times.  For more than 30 years as a hands-on business leader, Bill has managed and directed hundreds of environmental assessment, investigation, remediation, and compliance projects.  He holds a degree in Natural Science from Castleton State College.
