Russ manages company resources and oversees day-to-day operations to ensure client needs and objectives are met.  Russ is the face of the business in the areas of oil services and petroleum cleanup. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the environmental consulting industry, maintaining expertise in site assessment; investigation and remediation of hazardous materials, both indoors and in the ground; underground storage tank design, installation, and management; and environmental construction.  He is a trusted ally and is often called upon to solve difficult regulatory and technical problems for his diverse clientele.  Russ received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science from Castleton State College.
