David leads our consulting practice in Massachusetts, directing multi-discipline scientific teams in the delivery of high-value consulting advise and work product. A skilled communicator, he knows the importance of seamless coordination and communication between subject-matter experts to successfully complete complex projects. David brings more than 20 years’ experience to the area of Brownfields redevelopment, where he focuses on the productive reuse of regulated hazardous waste sites.  He excels at seeing the “big picture,” helping clients understand risks and liabilities, and maximizing value during Brownfields redevelopment projects. David is Chair of the LSPA Regulations Committee and has strong working relationships with regulators throughout New England. David is a Certified Professional Geologist and Licensed Site Professional in Massachusetts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Colgate University and a master’s degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
